Placing an Order
Once you are done selecting your items and adding them to your online shopping cart, checking out is easy. If you cookies enabled on your browser, you may always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking "view shopping cart".

If you want to adjust the quantities in your shopping cart, change the number to the right of the item and click "update" after ll quantity adjustments have been made. If you want to remove an item, enter in "0" for the quantity of that item and click the "update" button. When you are ready to purchase your items, go to your "my shopping cart" page, and click on the "purchase" button. At this point, if you have not registered with us, you'll will need to fill out the required information to set-up a new account. If you have previously registered, simply sign-in using your e-mail address and the password that you created for your account.

After completing the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.

You must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States to place an order.

Electronic Software Downloads
If you have a Spot It Out account you can select to download the software product(s) from the Spot It Out store. At the time of checkout, Spot It Out will obtain an authorization from your credit card company. Once Spot It Out receives the credit card authorization we will email you a link so that you can begin downloading your software.

If you experience an interruption during the transmission of your download you can use your Spot It Out user name and password to re-start your downloading process. Once you have completed your download Spot It Out will send you an email message acknowledging your purchase.

Please read Spot It Out Return and Refund Policy carefully, as software download purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

PAYING & CHECK OUT

Accepted Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. The issuing bank of your credit card must be based in the United States.

If your credit card company does not provide Spot It Out with a prompt authorization to charge your credit card, Spot It Out will send you instructions for completing your purchases.

Payment Security
We want out customers to feel confident that their personal information and credit card data is completely safe. SpotItOut.com uses industry-standard encryption technologies and when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with out site server. We employ 128-bit secure sockets layer (ssl) technology that safely encrypts all of your private information when placing an order, and guarantees it is sent securely into our systems to be processed.

Redeeming a Pre-Paid Card
Redeeming or using a pre-paid card is easy. Click on "Redeem" on the top of any page on SpotItOut.com. Scratch the back of the card to reveal the "Code" and enter the code where prompted.  Please do not enter any spaces. Click "Redeem" and you will be prompted to create an account so we can best manage the value of your card. Once complete you can start shopping. The amount of credit in your account will be shown in green at the top of the page. Your credit will automatically be applied when you check out. During check out you may be asked for your credit card if you are purchasing items and/or sales tax is being collected that the total exceeds amount available in your account. Spot It Out does not refund Pre-paid cards, please refer to the retailer from whom you purchased the card.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders to Illinois.

Spot It Out will charge sales tax for download software purchases if local law in the jurisdiction where you reside requires Spot It Out to do so

International Orders
Customers who wish to use an international credit card should use the "PayPal" option to pay. Use a placeholder US address, "123 Main Street, Anytown, IL 60025". The placeholder will not be checked and PayPal will validate your international credit card.

Modifying Your Order
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any modifications including cancellations.

Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. Within the email confirmation will be a hyperlink to your Spot It Out account. You can use this link to access your account and download a previously purchased product.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

How do I "Log-In"
There are two ways to log-in. You can use the "Sign-In" button at the top of any page on SpotItOut.com or you can click the hyperlink that was in the purchase confirmation email that we sent to you at the time of purchase.

Forgot Your Password?
You can request to have your password sent to you during the "Sign-In" process.

Managing Your Account Information
First "Sign-In". Once you've signed in you will see a "My Account" button at the top of the page. Click on "My Account" and you'll be taken to your Account Manager page. In the Account Manager you can review your account information at "Account Profile" or review your past purchases at "Order Status" or get product updates and re-download products at "My Downloads".

Re-installing or installing on a second device.
You can install a product onto a maximum of 2 devices (of the same platform). First "Sign-In" to your account. Then click on "My Account" at the top of any page on SpotItOut.com. Then click "My Downloads". Select the product you want to download and click the download button.
